I really do have a great experience in the field of Health, not only because I studied it, but also because I always had been a thin lean weak girl as a kid, I really do have to follow a good diet and exercise, and its been years that I have a really good physique. I would be glad if sharing my experience is helpful to you. 

I m a very emotional person, I see things emotionally, when I see people I see a story behind them. And it drives me crazy, so I jot it down as a Poem or a Story. I hope that some of you might like reading them. You can read few of them posted in my Page.
